Lord Monckton's Revelation

Last week British Christopher Lord Monckton, former science advisor to Margret Thatcher, now climate change denier, was speaking in St. Paul, Minnesota at an event hosted by The Minnesota Free Market Institute. He made a startling relevation concerning the upcoming Climate Change Treaty in Copenhagen in December.
Here is some of what he revealed:
"I read that treaty. And what it says is this, that a world government is going to be created. The word 'government' actually appears as the first of three purposes of the new entity. The second purpose is the transfer of wealth from the countries of the West to third world countries, in satisfaction of what is called, coyly, 'climate debt' - because we've been burning CO2 and they haven't. We've been screwing up the climate and they haven't. And the third purpose of this new entity, this government, is enforcement."

He specifically was warning the US losing their sovereignty if they sign on but I think it applies to any country that signs this treaty. Yes even Canada. So please, Mr. Prentice and PM Harper don't sign away our liberty.
This is NOT really about global warming, but it's political.
