You, Hoo, Alison, Where ARRR YOUUU!

Saskatchewan Premier Brad Wall was quick to respond to NDP leader Thomas Mulcair's comments he made on the weekend on CBC radio bashing the oilsands blaming them for the decline of manufacturing in Ontario and Quebec.

Thank God for Brad Wall! He's the only good premier left in Canada.   He did a great job defending the oilsands again  yesterday on Ezra Levant's show.

Premier Wall responded but where's our dear Alberta Premier Alison Redford?  Why hasn't she spoken out about Mulcair's comments? Why isn't she standing up and defending our oil industry? Does she even care?

Does she agree with Mulcair? Or does she agree with Brad Wall? Albertans and Canadians need to know.

The oilsands are the engine that is driving the Alberta and Canada's economy right now.  Just in Alberta alone the oil industry employs 551,066 people.    Many more jobs are created all over Canada as a result of the oilsands.   Without the oilsands Canada would be sunk.

Alison, crawl out from underneath your rock and do your job. Give us your response. Brad Wall seems to be the only premier who cares.  Shame on you RedAli!

    2. Problem is Premiers never have become Prime Ministers. That's just the way it's been.

And that's why I wish Bob Rae well in his quest to be the leader of the Liberals.

  2. She was busy planning on how to shut out southern alberta from her cabinet. Wonder if those voting for Weadick thinking he would be back in cabinet are having second thoughts. Also, all those liberals voting for Pastoor, thinking she would be rewarded for crossing the floor.

  3. I wish Brad Wall was premier of Manitoba! Western Manitoba has more in common with Saskatchewan than Winnipeg.

  4. I haven't heard from Danielle Smith either.

imo, through her silence, Alison has already sent signals that she 'agrees' with Mulclair.

Mulclair, ndp, the greens etc bashes your province morning noon and night and all she can say for the province she claims to want to be premier of says nothing, abosolutely nothing. WHAT A COWARD.

Thanks Brad Wall. Keep doing what our cowardice premier Alison refuses to do.

  5. We know them by their actions not what they say. For most of us it has been clear from the beginning where Redford stands and it is NOT with conservatives. I agree that Wall is by far the best, in fact the only worthwhile premier in Canada today. I hope that Danielle Smith speaks up on this issue very, very soon in order not to miss such a golden opportunity.

  7. Premier Wall is our great western Canadian Prince and he will be so connected to the heart of the west that I see him as a definite predecessor to the PM. Danielle would be too.

I am so tired of the elitist, whiny attitude that is coming from the Mulcair idiots of the country. He is the epitome of Socialism and I want out before he gets in. Let him have his 'new France' and we can have our CANADA!

  8. I really get a kick out of some people. Great for what Hall said, but the PM should of came out and blasted the 2 bit loser Thomas Mulcair. The sad thing is that some people think it's OK for Harper not to say anything, but blast Redford for not saying anything. What a bunch of hypocrites, and anyone would know that Redford doesn't get into a S#$t slinging matches with a loser like Mulcair. Thomas Mulcair is Harper's problem and is a lost cause to step down to is low level tactics or ethics.
